Step 1: Launch Dolphin Emulator and configure the settings

  • In the Enhancements tab, you can adjust the graphics enhancements such as internal resolution, anti-aliasing, anisotropic filtering, post-processing effects, and texture scaling. You can choose the settings that suit your preference and system capabilities, but keep in mind that higher settings will require more resources and may cause slowdowns or glitches. You can leave most of them as default, but make sure you set Internal Resolution to 2x Native (1280x1056) for 720p, Anti-Aliasing to None, and Anisotropic Filtering to 1x for better performance and compatibility.



  • In the Hacks tab, you can adjust the graphics hacks such as skip EFB access from CPU, ignore format changes, EFB copies to texture only, texture cache accuracy, fast depth calculation, and bounding box. You can leave most of them as default, but make sure you enable Skip EFB Access from CPU, Ignore Format Changes, and EFP Copies to Texture Only for better performance and compatibility.



  • In the Advanced tab, you can adjust some advanced graphics settings such as backend multithreading, precompile shaders, borderless fullscreen, crop, and stereoscopic 3D mode. You can leave most of them as default, but make sure you disable Backend Multithreading, Precompile Shaders, and Stereoscopic 3D Mode for better performance and compatibility.



  • Once you are done with the graphics settings, click on the Close button to save and exit.



  • Last but not least, click on the Controllers button to access the controller settings. In the GameCube Controllers section, you can configure up to four GameCube controllers for Dolphin Emulator.
